Custom Order Policy

Please read the whole policy before contacting us about a custom order.

Contacting Us For A Quote: Contact us on the corresponding page on our website or by emailing us at team@clothedinblessings.com.  Quotes vary based on order.  The customer MUST be able to be in constant contact with us.  If we don’t hear from you within 7 business days, the order will be terminated.

Turnaround: Our typical turnaround time is 14 to 21 business days. Some orders may take longer. Turnaround time begins when your invoice has been paid in full and proof approval has been received. Clothed In Blessings will not be responsible for missed deadlines due to weather conditions, power interruptions, back-orders or errors from distributors, shipping errors or anything else outside our control. If we expect or foresee any problems, we will inform you of the problem and work with you to reach a solution.

Artwork: Please check your artwork carefully, Clothed in Blessings is not responsible for misspellings or errors in artwork after the final proof is approved.

By submitting any artwork/logos you agree that you have full permission to use and reproduce the artwork. Clothed In Blessings will not be held responsible for any illegal wrong doings. We do not support copyright infringement.  We ask that you research any images/logos that you’d like us to submit to us.

Clothed in Blessings CANNOT make any copyrighted items such as ANY name brands, songs, TV shows, movies, licensed characters, etc.

Payment: We require full, up-front payment upon receiving the invoice.  NO production will be made on any items prior to payment.

Social Media: Clothed In Blessings loves to create new orders and show them to our audience! Pictures and videos are often taken during production and after the prints are complete. We post them on sites like Facebook and Odysee, as well as in our newsletter. This is a way we promote our brand. If you’re not comfortable with your project being photographed and shared, please let us know while placing your order. If we don’t receive a notification, that will constitute your full permission to post photos and videos of your items.

Manufacturer Defects: Clothed In Blessings will not be held responsible for manufacturer defects such as mislabeled sizes, color inconsistencies, re-dyes, loose stitching and other garment defects.

Digital Proofs: The customer will receive a digital proof before production begins. The customer MUST respond to the proofs.  If there is no communication within 7 business days of ANY KIND, the project will be terminated.

Pricing: Clothed In Blessings reserves the right to change our pricing at any time and without notice according to the work that needs to take place to print your design as requested.

Cancellation: Order cancellations are ONLY accepted before you approve your design. Once you agree to the proof design, you give your permission to continue with your order.  After the proof design is approved, cancellations are NOT accepted.
